Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville West/Farragut

Room was clean and quiet. Location was great, right off the freeway and kind of tucked in by itself. But within minutes of many restaurants.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean bit dated room. Continental breakfast needs an up grade…. Eggs?? sausage?? Otherwise it did the job.

The staff at checkin was super friendly and helpful, as was the staff at check out. The room was tidy and smelled super clean. Plenty of parking and spots were available right by my door!!! Definitely my go to when staying in Knoxville!!!!

Checking in was a bit off-putting as I had already gone through the process online. I understand showing my ID again when I checked in (but it was scanned into the system a second time) but I had to give my credit card again. Why bother checking in online?

The lamp did not work. But the main problem that I had was Staff. I was in the shower by myself and someone knocked on the door at 9:40 I called out from the bathroom that I was there. And they still opened the door! Good thing I had the lock on! I called front desk after the shower they didn't even apologize just said that they would talk to the management of the housekeepers

It was very clean and inviting

The parking, breakfast, and the location were good but the room wasn't well cleaned at all and the bedding was old and had burn wholes and stains on the top cover, but the bed was comfy. I won't stay again, but the price was good.

The night clerk was amazing. She even met me out front when I got lost! Then she made sure I knew she was available should I need anything. She worked a double shift and greeted me in the morning with a big smile!!! She deserves a big raise and promotion! Difficult to find.

Location Comforter had cigarette burns and stains, bathroom had hair in the shower, something on walls (like someone cleaned nose and put it on wall), and shower was busted up.

The room smelled clean upon arrival, and the sheets were clean. However, the shower was gross, and bugs came out of the drain. We stayed there for three nights and housekeeping never came in the room, not even to empty the trash. I understand that everyone wants to “conserve energy” but three towels for two people for three nights is not enough. When I went to the front desk to ask for new towels, they offered me pool towels that might as well have been sandpaper. Sadly, that wasn’t the worse part. The highway noise is awful. If you book here, either get the quiet side or book somewhere else.

Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work.
