The reason I return is because of him and his kindness. Everyone else is nice too but he's outstanding.

The pool and jacuzzi were filthy. The shower water came out in different kinds of temperature it was cold then really hot.

Well maintained hotel. I love the free drink at check in. Self parking fee feels a bit higher than expected given there is already resort fee.

It is outdated in decoration - our room was ok - dining room at night slow service - breakfast very good.

One of my favorite places to stay. So convenient and beautiful views. Plus the staff is super friendly. The only room for improvement is with the elevators. The garage elevators to the hotel are always finicky but this trip, someone got stuck in one. I was nervous to use it after that and just walked to and from the garage instead. Not great when you have luggage, though.

Had a beautiful room, but an obstructed view of the ocean by a palm tree. Next stay I will book an end room with the balcony.
