We found roaches and after that we don’t remember anything but packing quick But the hotel is not clean either there were nose dirt on the walls, dirty bedsheets

Room was disgusting wasn't clean sat on the couch the few hours we could stand it and left. Curtains full of unknown substances microwave dirty and bathroom looked and smelled like a male college shared bathroom.. bedsheets smelled like mildew

The public areas of this hotel were well maintained. The location is convenient and right off the highway. The breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. My room smelled like feet. The walls, lamps, floors and curtains were stained or sticky. The room really needed a good scrubbing. For the price and needing a quick place to sleep on a solo roadtrip, it served its purpose. I felt safe but the room definitely showed too many signs of people there before me.

Sheets were so dirty that we had to ask for a blanket to sleep on on top of the covers. Woke up covered in bites. Worst experience ever.

Everything went great. No issues

First of all, I want to say, the staff was very nice and attempted to be accommodating. Unfortunately housekeeping was not up to par. There was an empty wine cooler bottle on the floor, vomit stains on the floor, ants everywhere, sticky stuff on the TV stand, brown stuff on the walls, no bedding for the pull out couch and blood or something similar all over the pull out couch mattress. It was hot and humid and felt incredibly itchy as soon as we entered our room. After checking for bedbugs, which surprisingly we didn’t see any, we promptly called the front desk to get a different room. They didn’t have any other rooms available so we ended up going to the Holiday Inn express down the road. That was much better and very clean. They cancelled the reservation without a problem, but told me I need to contact Expedia to get my refund. That in itself is also hard to do because the chat is only a virtual assistant and there are no phone numbers listed to call them.

Everything is well organized and bed was comfortable

No room for bigger vehicles or trucks. After a 13 hour drive I decided to spend a bit more for a good night's rest, well I was disappointed. When I arrived late there was maybe 2 car parking spots available and this was on a week day too, no room to park. Went inside just to be told no room for your vehicle instantly without even saying hello. They didn't bother to help me with my parking issues, felt like I was a burden to the staff of two, just asked for a refund. Anyways, plenty of cheap hotels with ample parking around, I would avoid this place if you're a blue collar worker.

Staff was very friendly, good breakfast and room / facility very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good and it was clean and close to family which is why we decided to stay here. The only complaint I would have is that they need new mattresses, ours was hard as a board and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff is excellent with questions and are very helpful. Also, the phone in our room had a blinking message light. Called the front desk and was told it was a problem but not too worry about it. ??? Really?? We just stayed at another Comfort Suites and it was excellent from a standpont of being maintained and clean!

Clean, seemed like recently updated carpet and tiles. Shower curtain was a little small, hard to keep water off floor but not bad. Breakfast was better than other places I stayed at that price. Scrambled egg sausage was more than expected and awesome. Waffle, yogurt, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal. Really great and no need to go anywhere else for breakfast. Would stay again if ever passing through.
