The location was pretty good, just one street back from the waterfront, just a bridge walk into town. Despite the place looking so old, it was spotlessly clean All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Even those in the dining room, who spoke little English were eager to assist. We had to laugh as it was like entering a hotel from the late 60's, early 70s.The kind of place that you went to on school trips, off season in 1974!. Poorly lit foyer and the furniture in our room was uncomfortably dated. The dining room was in the same style and the breakfast was also very retro. Pretty much everything seemed to have come from a tin; fruit, ham, juices. it wouldn't take much to turn it into a modern retro boutique hotel. Unfortunately this was the real deal

So convenient for everything near marina only short walk to town centre. Beach only 15 minute to beach The noise from thw road outside hotel late at might

Good mid-range option on the outskirts of historical Lagos; easy walking distance into town, to the marina, the train station, and a big supermarket; good wifi; quiet at night and far from the tourists in the old city center; easy to get to by car and for Uber/Bolt pick-ups Couldn't adjust the temp on the air-conditioning so it was very cold (or else hot without it)

The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the marina and then 15-20 to Lagos old town. Staff could not have been more accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. Hotel was spotless and is cleaned regularly. The breakfast is simple mainly just toast, fruit and cereal. Could do with some meat of some kind aswell, but as a free meal to start the day it does the job.

Location and the pool and Ana . Cleanliness was a fail , the property has not been kept updated , its old and tired . It’s a shame as you can see it once was a great hotel . It’s sad to see it falling into disrepair. The staff are exceptional especially Ana . What a wonderful lady .

Very convenient for restaurants marina and 15 min walk from beach

Great hotel very close to the marina from where all boat tours depart. Close to the town, about 10 minute walking-distance to restaurants and shops. We walked from there to the beach and to Ponta da Piedade. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the pool is so refreshing after a full day in the sun. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Fantastic staff friendly. It would be better if my room had a minibar. Little fridge.

The only redeeming qualities about the property is the location. To be fair, the property was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I breakfast was very very poor. They should not even advertise that they have one. Even for the price, it is not a good value. The facility is closer to a hostel rather than a hotel. I would not recommend.

The room very hot. The Air conditioning was not working well.

Nothing The good reviews on the hotel are probably paid for because this "3 star hotel" is worse than a road side motel. It's overpriced and outdated, the rooms are poorly equipped (no fridge, no coffee maker, very basic bathroom essentials). Same scarce food for breakfast day after day from a cheap supermarket. It tasted like it had been expired for awhile. And on top of that, on the very first day, when I asked the staff how to cool down a bottle of wine (no fridge in the room), some individual who refused to introduce himself and just said "I run this place", said "No, go buy drinks at the hotel bar". This is how they treat their guests. I had paid 700 Euros for 5 nights and my stay was very unpleasant. Booking.com must ban that place!

The Property was in a great location, it was basic but most of the staff were friendly. It was very quiet. We had a suite and it had almost everything you’d need. The pool was a great addition We took hand luggage only so we didn’t have room for towels. The sunbeds around the pool were filthy so we took 2 bath towels to lie on (which were clearly old and a bit shabby). The night before we checked out we were told that we had to pay 60 euros as they weren’t clean. We explained that it was because the sunbeds were filthy and the towels we picked were very old and shabby and if they had to be replaced we would pay a reasonable amount but 2 small towels wouldn’t cost 60 euros to replace them. There was no safe in our suite (despite us being told there was one) and no tea or coffee facilities. Prior to us being charged an extortionate amount for two very old and shabby towels we were willing to accept the other issues and had actually gone to reception to book again in September. The Manager refused to come and speak to us and left it to the poor receptionist who himself was very embarrassed by the actions taken by the Manager.
