The Great Wolf Lodge was a good stay, however, the room was super dusty when we walked in. We had to wipe down all of the surfaces with bleach wipes because of a thin white film that was on all of the dressers as well as anything that was on the countertops. For having a water facility within the hotel was nice for the kids. However, the water park closed at 8:00 and we did not have much time to enjoy it. I would recommend that during the weekends and summer that the place stays open a little bit later. The lady who checked us in was super nice. We did get our room before check-in time around 11:00. The air conditioning was good. Outside of the dust. We did have one snafu. There was a roach in my sister's room. She was laying in the bed and felt something tickling her arm. She got up and realized it was a roach that is the one thing that was really off-putting about our stay.

I checked my family in at 4 we didn't get in our room til after 6pm the park closes at 8 nobody informed us that we could go change and get into the park until I inquired 25 minutes before our room was ready

Check in was a bit overwhelming, as it was very crowded. I wish I checked in online. The staff were very friendly. My children had a great time during our stay. We stayed in the grizzly suite and it was plenty of space.

Over an hour to check in. Place wasn’t clean. Phone didn’t work. Tv remotes didn’t work. AC did’t work properly. Sticky spots on the carpet all through the room

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The sofa bed was not very comfortable however, I do realize most sofa beds are not. There were not enough blankets but I'm sure I could have gotten more had i requested some

Great for families. Even staff I talked to was knowledgeable and courteous. My kids loved the outdoor and indoor pools, at night there was a dance party for kids very nice place.

Waited an hour in line for check in because we booked through Expedia. Was also told I could not get the first responder discount because I booked through Expedia. Was given a lot of misinformation at check in. I had booked the ultimate food and fun pass for 5 but only 4 of us went. Was told at check in that the extra one could be taken off only to be charged AGAIN the next day. When I asked why I was told to just come to the front desk and insert my card to take care of the balance. Was also told that the $100/night incidental fee was available to be spent on the account when it was not. The food is expensive and the portions are small. Drinks are expensive and non refillable unless you buy the expensive plastic cups.
