clean, well stocked and professionally minded staff. Understaffed during peak check in so the wait was very very long. to check in and the parking access and lobby were all backed up.

quiet, exceptional staff (restaurant, bar, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance- every employee went above and beyond ALWAYS). the restaurant/bar didn’t open until 5:00pm

property was not clean at all. very very very very dirty , my door had mold on the outside . I ca. upload pictures . the room smelled like very very bad mildew . when I asked GM changed rooms they said the rooms were sold out . the carpet was so dirty . I didn’t even take my shoes off during the stay . very unclean
