This facility was clean and the staff was very nice. My stay was very relaxing.

The bar was lame. Overpriced drinks and bartender was too busy googling and talking on her cell to notice our drinks were empty. We cashed out and went elsewhere. The breakfast was very basic. Eggs had no flavor. No bacon or sausage, only ham. The room was ok. There was dirt on the floor like it hadn't been vacuumed. I plan to stay elsewhere my next visit.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I purchased travel insurance specifically to protect myself from unforeseen circumstances like this. Despite paying for that additional coverage, my claim was not honored, and I received no meaningful assistance from either Hyatt or Hotels.com. I understand that companies have policies, but when a customer is dealing with a serious medical condition such as cancer treatment, some level of compassion and flexibility should be expected. The fact that I purchased travel insurance and was still denied any relief makes the situation even more disappointing. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and misled. I expected better customer service, especially during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I hope Hyatt and Hotels.com review how they handle legitimate medical emergencies and travel insurance claims in the future.

Location Pillows were too hard an too small. Prefer a much softer pillow.

Overall a good experience. The room was advertised as a king bed but the bed was slightly smaller than a king. Definitely misleading. AC was loud and the exhaust vents were dirty. You could also very clearly hear whenever the toilet was flushed or the shower was running in the room next door. Friendly staff and a nice pool.
