Air conditioner in the room worked great, kept our room very chilly. Employees were consistently cleaning the facility. Quiet location and overall quiet hotel. Breakfast options were very limited.

More of a homeless shelter than a hotel.

I liked that I didn't get shot The first room that they attempted to stick me with smelled like mold. The lady defended the mold smell and made excuses about the AC being off all day. The second room had water damage everywhere and made me feel like I might get bed bugs. Obvious drug addicts were all over the place and I hope that they do not try to fabricate a reason to keep my deposit.

The hotel is conveniently located, near I-4 and State Road 98. The size of the room is appropriate. However, the one twms on the breakfast menu were very limited and the room was not difficult ently coeaned. For example, am bottle ls were found next to the bed.

Our church came to an event in Lakeland. We enjoyed the visit. The location was perfect. Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Booked my trip on the way to Florida. When I arrived not only did I have to wait to be helped. I was made to book another reservation and pay an additional $50 for an early check in. I explained myself to the lady in the lobby however she did not want to hear why or when I booked my trip on Hotels.com because she said that if it was during midnight or after midnight, I wouldn’t be able to check in however, at 3 o’clock.

In our two days stay, keys stopped working 4 different times, and one of the staff was extremely rude about their keys not working. Roaches in the bed, AC out on first floor, elevator service licensing expired in August 2025 (now June 2026). Booked under the impression there was a hot tub, yet it was filled with concrete. Would NOT recommend!

Our church came to Lakeland for a conference. We all enjoyed our visit. We will return next year.

Reception was nice. Pool looked nice. Room was clean and nice. Unkept outside. Exterior needed attention. Lobby was nice but had broken tiles. Hallways had stained carpet along with nice new carpet. Rooms were appointed nice with fresh paint and flooring. Fit and finish in hallways and select areas could have been better. Needed a trained contractor. Doors were rough.
