It was good! Would stay there again.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast.
-
Clean-room, staff friendly, and breakfast has a good selection

Hotel was fine for one night. Pretty outdated though. Served its purpose. The $40/night parking as a paid guest was literal highway robbery

Our experience was great. Loved the breakfast. Staff was awesome.

We travel to Las Vegas every summer for business. We're there for a week. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. This causes longer than expected wait times & delays. The hotel is always busy, so not sure the reason for delaying the necessary repairs.

1. Refrigerator not cold - I was treated like a criminal for asking for a different one. The maintenance guy there was nothing he could do. He also said it was a handicapped room so he couldn't change it. I went to the front desk to ask for manager and told them I did not ask for a handicapped room. The manager said she was giving up her refrigerator for our room. The room is not set up for a person needing that room. The microwave is way too low for anyone to use without sitting in front of it. 2. Elevator broken. 3. Water shut off. 4. When we checked out the person at desk said the computers were down so I couldn't get a receipt for my deposit etc. 5. Employees working at the front desk didn't smile or say hello several times when I asked questions, bought items from the store. I felt like a nuisance to them and they have crappy attitudes. 6. The pool closes at 5? Ridiculous This hotel made me realize I will never again stay at any Embassy Suites.

Beautiful property right off the Strip. It’s clean and organized and the staff are helpful and friendly. We moved to the Embassy after an awful night at Harrahs, on the Strip. The only drawback were the elevators. It took 10 minutes - on average - to get downstairs from the 5th floor. The hotel guests were making bets on what floor the elevator randomly stopped at. We’d go down one floor, stop. Doors open. Then climb to the 6th floor - stop, no person waiting - only to be taken to the 2nd floor. Stop. Then finally ground floor. By the time we exited the elevator, everyone in it is cracking jokes and laughing. No stairs to down to the lobby. Only stairway leads to the outside. It was weird.

Food was not good

Great overall
-
Localization Room space Breakfast Happy hour drinks Too much people for breakfast to order omelete and just only 1 chef
-
Pond inside looked dirty, lady who checked us in was rude, and I didn’t like that a $500 charge was never explained upon booking for “incidentals” - usually $200 or less - so that was a huge shock that I still haven’t seen come off my credit card!
-
The elevators were slow and at times only one worked. There was no serivce elevator for workers. We all had to share

Early check in fee of $75 was waived. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE FAIR TREATMENT. I was charged a $300 smoking fee based solely on an in-room sensor reading, despite the fact that neither my wife nor I smoke. I have never smoked in my life and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. What was most concerning was not just the charge itself, but the hotel management’s refusal to conduct any meaningful investigation. No physical inspection findings were provided, no evidence of smoke odor or residue was presented, and management repeatedly insisted their sensor system was “incapable of error.” However, the report they provided contained inconsistencies that they could not explain. For example, the sensor report claimed the room temperature was 86 degrees, even though the thermostat had been set to 68 well before the alleged event. That raises serious concerns about the reliability of the system they are using to impose expensive penalties on guests. Hotels should not be charging customers hundreds of dollars based entirely on questionable automated sensor data without corroborating physical evidence or a proper investigation. In addition, the property itself appears outdated and poorly maintained. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that travelers choose another hotel.

Breakfast and the happy hour ?? Customer service, was not good. Not very kind at the front desk.

The free cooked breakfast tasted like old oil and the person who checked me in failed to tell me that the free drinks or snacks are only between 5:30 and 7pm nor does it say on the card they give you. Parking is $40 that's a bit ridiculous. Other than that, I had a great room.

Hotel was fully booked and did not get the room we booked for at first. For our last night the staff (maybe the manager?!) gave us one of the nicest room in the building with the strip view alongside the sphere. Overall great, would stay again!
