Second time staying at the flamingo and honestly for the price you pay I could get better service somewhere else. Front reservation desk staff was absolutely terrible not friendly or considerate would not stay there again.

i had toask for them but they where able to supply me with synthetic pillows. it seems to be where the canadians stay, all it needs now is a Tim Hortons

It was a great time. If it’s your first time staying here, be prepared to go at it alone. No one to help with anything. We managed and all by ourselves —-found our room, the casinos, the strip, the shops, the food and the restrooms. I will stay here again.

The view from our room of the Sphere and Linq was spectacular, the room was comfortable but many escalators and or elevators were not working or were very slow.

Book straight through Caesars or The Flamingo directly. Those scary fees and hidden costs and messed up bookings that you hear about are simply due to booking with travel sites. I’ll keep this review to the flamingo though. Staff was very friendly. Everyone seems to give you whatever attitude or energy you come in with. So, come up with a smile and you’re good. Come up with some attitude that isn’t their burden to deal with, and you’ll be met a little colder. Still with a smile, but you get the vibe. Flamingo: ABSOLUTE great location. Central to everything. Ubers are cheap, most things are walkable, good food is close. Casino is very nice, and honestly it was one of my favorite setups of the strip. There ARE levels to the vibes though. The flamingo is for everyone. No one person feels out of place or like someone doesn’t belong there. Servers are always on the move, so tip them well and the drinks come your way (possibly even the premium stuff). Don’t waste your time on the food court. There’s nothing of note there. $11 large slice of pizza at Bonanos, $21 burger and fry combo at Johnny rockets, $11 pretzel bites at Auntie Anne’s. Go to the Promenade and get In-n-Out (absolute best value for food), go to the back alley and get ramen or an insane shawarma pita, walk the strip and hit CVS. For your money, at the beginner/first trip level, go to The Flamingo. Just book DIRECTLY through them. Not Expedia.

Enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo with the exception of one thing... the night we were there, they had closed off the elevators to our tower and were making everyone use one set. There were police everywhere and they were being very dramatic about keeping everyone out of one area. Turned out to be a jumper outside somewhere. There was NO reason to create the elevator drama... caused a major problem getting to our room. They could have definitely handled that better. Otherwise, the theme of the hotel is fun, the room was clean and the staff is very quick to bring you anything you need. Also in a great location relative to everything else to do.

The pool was very clean, and being able to watch the World Cup while in the water made for a fantastic experience.

Hotel was clean but customer service was horrible.

staff kept directing us to the wrong place when we asked for directions

I checked in at 2AM on Monday. Later that day I had no hand soap or lotion at the bathroom sink. I called and the y said they don't do that anymore. I also had a shower handle that was lose. I finally made it work. I also told them about that. I like Flamingo but it's not for me anymore.
