Clean big room good service clean pool

While the property was fine and so close to Southpoint casino, there were issues with out stay. The room was dirty. The floors had not been washed and we couldn’t walk around barefoot, not even stepping out of the shower. The room was very dusty, the counters were dirty. The living room tv didn’t work. The parking is lacking. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. I probably would opt to just stay at Southpoint next time.

Very pleased with the room/ suite. It had a Kitchen, living room, bedroom and large bathroom. Check in was quick and everyone was helpful and friendly. The guests were all friendly and with families and kids very busy. Maintenance workers and staff around the clock....shuttles for guests...the buildings and rooms were very well maintained and inviting. Clean, friendly and reliable. Will be staying again. I visit every few months to see my parents and its convenient to Henderson and on main Vegas Strip with all that chaos and traffic. Cant affto stay in most of the hotel casinos in LV...also Being located right next to South Point, is a plus as well which ive been to many times...Great price and location for these accommodations. The room and grounds No fans

Great staff. Room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were also daily activities to do as well! 10/10

The room itself was clean. No issues. The hallway and elevators were pretty trashy. Not vacuumed. On the first floor there was poop from a little dog that at least 3 cleaning crew walked by without picking up. I would stay here again, but have second thoughts about purchasing a time share

Amazing everything

Our stay was good. Rooms were great and clean. But one of the elevator was not working during our entire stay. It was a hassle going up and down with only one elevator working.

We loved the hotel. It met all our needs and offered more than we expected. We would have rated it higher if we had at least had someone come clean our rooms and change the sheets at least one time since we were there for a week. Other than that we were able to get groceries and eat in our room and even do our laundry in our room which was a nice surprise. It also had a bathtub and shower. Although we didn’t need the bathtub but it was a nice to have if we had the grandkids stay with us.

Good value. Check in staff was very helpful and nice. Was pulling a trailer and received a towing warning when I parked completely out of the way and the parking staff were very unhelpful on explaining where to park.
