Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas - Stadium Area by IHG

We try to always stay at Holiday Inn as we have almost always had a great comfortable affordable stay. This stay did not come close to meeting expectations. Starting at check in there was no staff available for over 30 min. When we were greeted the staff member apologized for the delay saying He was the only team member on staff and had to take a lunch break. The room was ok. The pool was closed for repair. The breakfast wasn't set out and closed well before the time frame. We were told there was no food available. This caused an increased expense of having to take our family to an additional establishment for breakfast. I will be booking elsewhere when I need to stay at another hotel.

Quick and easy check in with the front desk. Room was clean and of course continental breakfast in the morning. The strip is just over the highway. Great location.

If you were on a budget, this is a great property to stay at.

The room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially to those who attended the BTS concert! Would definitely like to stay again!

Needed more towels and was told need to come down and get it since only one person working. When we got into our room, there was a dirty towel hanging in the closet and we were told they were almost full so not sure if they would be able to provide linens for the sofa bed. We got a sheet to cover and one to use as a blanket, the next day we asked if a warmer blanket and got it after it came out of the dryer

The location was perfection because of its proximity to Allegiant Stadium and the Strip. It’s use of Booking.com as a channel for reservations. There is a serious disconnect between what occurs on Booking.com and what property knows. It’s a poor reflection on hotel whether or not it is their fault or 3rd party’s. Ultimately, the guest is inconvenienced or such as in my case, financially impacted.

The hotel is located one block away from Allegiant Stadium, which made walking there so convenient. We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay and the price was amazing! (We booked before the event increase). The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Also, the hotel staff were handing out BTS freebies and even had member cutouts in the lobby and a BTS merch raffle! I have never heard of another hotel that does that. We will continue to book the Holiday Inn whenever we come to Vegas! No complaints.

All staff was amazingly helpful and nice! Everyone was amazing but the one that stood out to us the most was Trey! He was so nice, sweet and very cheerful at all times!
