Since the hotel is a single-story building, there are no elevators; however, this actually proves to be an advantage, as it saves time when moving around the property. Furthermore, its excellent location—just a 15-to-20-minute walk from the stadium—is a major draw. Check-in and check-out procedures are handled at the souvenir shop located directly in front of the hotel. The woman working there was consistently kind throughout my stay, and she was always happy to let me use the microwave or provide hot water whenever I needed it. If I have the opportunity to attend another concert in the future, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby that offers convenient access to the Strip area.

The breakfast place upfront is really good too! I would definitely stay here again!

Cute boutique hotel.

But the room itself was fantastic, and exactly what we were looking for. Amenities were beautiful, room smelled wonderful, it was quiet, super close to the airport and the strip. Bed was heavenly, shower was satisfying, All very reasonably priced, especially compared to the monster hotels in the area. A perfect ending place for a chaotic Vegas weekend. Would totally stay there again.

The room was very clean. Staff was excellent including the security staff Luis who was waiting to welcome us at 10:30pm on a Saturday night given our flight delays. Nice location across from Four Seasons, Mandalay Bay and short walk to McDonald’s for a late night / early morning snack.

The outside is VERY run down but the rooms weren’t bad. Wasn’t bad for the price and basically on the strip. Ladies running the store were nice. Very close to Allegiant stadium
-
Nice cozy place, Very quiet and clean.
-
It was built in the early 60's. If you like vintage you will like it. I don't. Needed an upgrade. A/C could not cool the room. No room at the sink.

The people were all extremely friendly Booking.com is shady af Nowhere did it say this was a motel - any shmo can just walk right up to your door. No lobby, check-in is SUPER awkward as it's in a gift shop/convenience store. Customer support was absolutely non-existent, 1st person hung up on me and the supervisor that I spoke with (eventually - I had to ask for a supervisor 7 times before they would put me through) is the main reason I'm cancelling my existing reservations and deleting my account.

I loved how close it was to everything but also not so close to the chaos.

This place was not what I expected! I walked into the souvenir shop to check in, which was odd, but the ladies were so nice and great to talk to! Check in was easy and ofc to our room! Walked into the room and was so surprised, it was so clean and smelt so good!! The entire property gave off this comfy safe vibe with great people working there whom cared

It was a cute cozy stay

Our stay was good. We had to check in very late due to our late arrival time via airplane. But property manager corresponded with us about late arrival check in and all was good. Kind of hard to drive into hotel due to road construction. Room was nice and had all amenities needed. Small sandwich shop close by was good.

Great place to stay

Cute motel, close to Mandalay Bay. Amenities were nice, bathrobes, mints, toiletries. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was small, but had everything needed except a hair dryer.

Nice hotel for the rating
-
Just don’t see how this place has a 4.6 star rating! The only thing that you can say good is that it was clean and quiet. It’s an old motel, with poor signage and lighting. It’s behind a small strip mall and hard to find. The room had a funky smell and not much in the way of amenities. No Kleenex, no hairdryer, teeny bars of soap, etc.

Not much to complain about. If anything

It was very nice, and nice place to if you wanna be away from the Casino Hotels. Staff was super friendly and breakfast at the Egg Shop was phenomenal! Not much to complain about. If anything
