Bathroom handheld head was moldy. Curtain did not cover windows at night. Walls were pealing. Bed frame was peeling. Very long walk to casino and restaurants from Palms Place room.

It’s a very beautiful and upscale Hotel. Check-in checkout was very smooth. Staff is friendly very welcoming

My room literally had uneven floors that slid, both tv’s didn’t work. I’m very mad and will be calling them to try and get compensation.

Hotel was nicely maintained. Suite was clean but minimal. Cabana was great experience but, the tv was not working and no one came to fix it despite being told they were coming. Staff was pleasant and friendly

Really clean and calm place. Free ballet and descent food prices.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable The tables, walls and floors were not clean and there was some kind of stain on the couch
