I’m extremely pleased with this stay. Location is good to start, you miss nothing with this location and there are trams that take you north towards North Strip and Caesars or south to Luxor Hotel. Then I was allowed early check in and late check out which fit my schedule. Room service is good. Restaurants are also good in general. Overall a pleasant experience. Glad I chose to stay here.

Our only choice of stay in Vegas! The only smoke free property and it is so important to us. Highly recommend!

Was a great trip

Spacious room that was quite which allowed for good sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink was had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. Not a major issue, but was noticeable.

I checked in on Friday June 19th, 2026 and upon entering the room it had clearly not been serviced. There were red and white stains on the couch, it looked like half cleaned throw up on the wall and food on the floor. I took pictures of the room and went to the lobby immediately. The attendant looked at the pictures and agreed the room had not been serviced properly. We were given keys to a new room and were getting ready for bed. When we pulled the covers down we were shocked to see what look like a blood stain the middle of the bed. I called guest services and urged the manager to come see the bed and the condition it was in. Janay the manager asked if we wanted new sheets. I felt uncomfortable and asked for a new room. We were told we would get a new and better room and to come down to the lobby for new keys. I went down got the keys and went back up and to my surprise the keys did not work. It was not a better room it was the same type of room with a worse view. The check in process was smooth but finding a room wasn't. We were given a $50 food coupon for the trouble. The lobby was clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool area was very enjoyable and family friendly. I did research before choosing a hotel because i wanted an enjoyable experience and a non smoking hotel but to say i was disappointed is an understatement.

We loved that the Park MGM is a smoke free casino and hotel. It's at a great location, near the airport and the other hotels/casinos, and we used the free tram to the Bellagio a few times. It has great food options, like Best Friend. Our room was small but we weren't in it very much. The decor was great, and we would definitely come back.

The room was great! Very clean, the bed was comfortable, spacious “living room” area and the bathroom was big and the amenities were nice.

Staff didn't answer the phone, and couldn't sleep due to being place next to a rude fighting family with a crying baby. Couldn't order food. However there was 2 staff a black woman and the gut that checked me out that was extremely helpful. Oh and the guy that checked me in.
