Otherwise, nice hotel, enjoyable pool, very good service, wide array of restaurants on the premises, and plenty of bars to get any imaginable cocktail.

Check-in was quick and easy, and I was warmly greeted by the valet service, which was a nice bonus since it’s free. The room service was excellent—definitely try the artichoke pizza! I also loved the variety of dining options around the food court, and having a Starbucks on-site was a huge plus. The spa and pools were fantastic and made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly (fingerprints on frosted glass door and pubic hair around the toilet floor). We upgraded to a corner room and the AC did not work properly. It’s a large room with one small AC vent that blows towards the window rather than the rest of the room. We asked for a microwave at one point because we brought food back to the room and we were told they didn’t have any because it was a fire hazard. Apparently more so than the prestocked mini fridge full of alcohol. Then when we were leaving and trying to get our luggage into the elevator (family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters) my 15 year old was holding the door for us and the door wouldn’t stop shutting. It was trying to force itself closed with my daughter’s arm and my wife’s suitcase still in the doorway and it wouldn’t reopen until we yanked everything in. Super dangerous. We sent an OSHA complaint for that. Then when my wife went downstairs to the front and informed the gentleman working of the elevator issue I also reiterated what had been going on the whole trip. He seemed disinterested and then we left.

Room and clean was excellent

Great place to stay off the strip. Family friendly, everything you need is here.

The property and all of the shops, food, and, most importantly, the staff are top-notch. Easy to get in and out, beautiful, relaxing pool area, little to no smoke smell, and so much food to choose from; it's overwhelming. I highly recommend this place to get away from the strip.

The complementary valet/bellboy service was a nice touch. Just need to give them a little tip every time, but they were very helpful. The room was really nice, but no microwave and no refrigerator, unless you wanted to get charged for those items that were in the stuffed refrigerator. Am I supposed to bring my own air fryer if I wanted to heat up some leftovers? No coffee maker in room. Bathtub, which was huge, did not supply hot water, only cold. I tried, gf, my neighbor, housekeeping was oblivious. Not being able to use was frustrating . The elevator was always super stuffy and hot. I think they could help you more with the surrounding Summerlin and things to do: shops activities, baseball games, ice cream shops (great frozen yogurt on premises), different services.

The hospitality and service of the staff The room could have been better cleaned and it took a long time to get the room. No robes. Before the upgrade the room I had booked had robes and this one did not.

The resort has everything you need - so many great restaurants and beautiful rooms. It’s not in the centre of town…. But it does have everything you could need!

Great Stay!
-
Rooms were clean and no funny smells, my kids enjoyed the pool area, bowling and restaurants!
-
Always love staying here! Clean and comfortable. Only think I don’t enjoy is the long walk to the elevator when the room is placed on the far end. But overall, nice rooms and amenities.

This is always my go to when in Vegas. I like the fact it is secluded and not in the middle of the hustle bustle .The staff is extremely helpful and the property is beautiful. You’ve never really need to leave it. Everything is right there.
