Quiet and clean

It was a nice addition to our little get away. They made it a very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. For being an older hotel we were really impressed. We will be back.

Great property, very clean and the staff were very friendly.

They should rename the place Fees Are Us. Holy cow. $33 resort fee after we already booked. Called for a late checkout and they wanted another $15 to go from 11:00 to 12:00. Hope you don’t need anything fast from the staff either because the phone literally rang for 10 minutes before they answered just to put me on hold. The room itself was ok, it looked older so it was a little rough around the edges, but it was decently clean. The pillows sucked, but the mattress was 7/10.

1) The jacuzzi bath tubs in the Jacuzzi Suites have been replaced with "soaking tubs." 2) Although the rooms have been continually updated, the property itself has not been refreshed and appears old and outdated. This is especially true of the "Mystic Falls" attraction. 3) The Angry Butcher restaurant is a joke. The food is extremely poor and greatly overpriced. 4) There are fast food options available, but the TGIF restaurant closed and the other restaurants owned by Sam's Town are continually opening and closing. 5) The buffet was permanently closed. 6) The Keno Hall was permanently closed. 7) The Ram's Head Bar, a fixture centrally located in the atrium, has greatly reduced hours and no longer has drink specials. 8) The pool area is extremely small by Vegas standards, and does not offer many of the amenities found at other resorts. 9) A huge Sports Bar was present when the atrium was completed, but that too was removed.

Always a great stay

Very nice hotel! I loved everything about it. The restaurants, movies, the relaxing atrium, great staff and very clean. This will be my go to hotel from now on. It was perfect for kids too.

Had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come the the counter to check us in. We were a late arrival and had notified the hotel. Very hard to wait 45 minutes to checkin after having a very late flight.

Everything was good. We enjoyed everything except the tv, not enough channels to watch.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Vegas. It’s not on the strip but it is close to other stores and restaurants near. Convenient parking and lots of activities right there on the property.

Staff are the best!

I love the hotel best hotel I been to love the show that they had . Also my family had fun lots to do in it don’t really have to go anywhere else everything u need is at Sam’s town hotel . I recommend it to anyone that wants to stay there u not going to regret it.
