The ENGLISH Hotel, Las Vegas, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, 21 and over

The room had an odor upon entrance. There was not a lot of parking. They also charged $75 a night for pets

Fun location, walkable to the Fremont Experience. Rooms were updated and comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question.

Nice boutique hotel away from the strip. In the art district. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Pool. Breakfast provided.

The from is smallish and the bathroom and shower are kind of open. The bathroom overall is a terrible setup.

Such a cute hotel, the area where is was located was clean and quiet as well with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Located in the downtown arts area of Las Vegas and away from the strip, we found retro vintage clothing stores antique shops and more breweries than expected. Walkable dining made this hotel the perfect hidden gem. No casino on the premises so if that’s your thing, this is not your spot. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and truly off beat but entirely on brand artwork. This is a run don’t walk location.

Very stylish rooms. Staff were super friendly. Beds were very comfy. Plastic wrap alert for the breakfast. Street noise but it’s a city hotel so we can’t really complain

Loved the location in between the Strip and Downtown on the edge of the Arts District. A whole different vibe! Lovely smaller clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great helpful staff! Sadly the restaurant was under remodel so did not get to enjoy that. Maybe next time…

It was nice having some grab and go! There were a few options to choose from. Visible security guard in parking lot. The cars were parked around the corner and we could not see them directly. It would have been nice to see them walk the lot.

The room and patio were very nice and the staff was terrific. We stayed at The English because it is close to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts. It's nice to find a boutique hotel in Vegas where you have free parking and don't have to walk a mile from the parking to your room or traipse through a noisy casino to get anywhere. The only negatives were inadequate parking (we had to park on the street), and the Todd English restaurant is now closed and being renovated by Marriott.

Quiet hotel with charm.

For the price it isn't a great place. No amenities and the restaurant has closed. Friendly employees and a variety of breakfast snacks and drinks in the morning.

The room was so cute and unique. Love the little goodie bag on arrival and the staff is all incredibly nice
