-
Room and amenities as promised. 24 hour room service. Convenient location, lots of good restaurants and right on the strip.
-
The Starbucks at the Palazzo needs more staff. The wait in the morning could range up to 30 minutes which is too long. People not happy waiting that long to order/pickup coffee
-
Beautiful property on Las Vegas strip has casino, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks. Very easy to get taxi to airport. Will definitely be back!

Great room the room was huge with a great view. Love the price

It’s a luxury hotel but the small things weren’t included in the room like the complimentary bottles of water. You had to go get it at the front desk. Also, the credits that came with the room weren’t given to us or mentioned when we checked in. I had to go back to the front desk to ask them about it and there was confusion on the amount of my credit. After going back and forth, they checked again and realized I was correct. Also, other hotels make you feel special when celebrating a special event. I went with my mom who was celebrating an 85th bday and there wasn’t any acknowledgement. Lots of other luxury hotels that are worth checking out that do care about the small touches.

We stayed at the Palazzo for two nights while attending a show at the Sphere and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport and a quick walk to the Sphere. The property offers an impressive selection of 54 restaurants, making it easy to find something for every taste without ever leaving the resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming. We would definitely stay here again for future trips to Las Vegas.

The room was a dream — I kept repeating, “I really love this room.” Amazing food and pastries onsite with great shopping. Would stay again for sure!

In addition we asked the front desk for an extra comforter / duvet for the pull out bed for my daughter. We were informed that they could not provide that, only thin blankets. Unfortunately my daughter was cold all night And did not sleep well. I've never had a hotel say no to this request and I've stayed at many. The room itself was good enough and the view of the Sphere was amazing. We had to pay extra for that, but it was worth it.
