nothing apart from otopark Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare and a total disappointment. From check-in to check-out, we encountered nothing but logistical and management problems. Essential amenities were missing from the start. On top of that, the staff was extremely unhelpful, indifferent, and lacked professionalism when we reported our issues. There is a serious communication problem within the hotel. For the price they charge, the service quality is shockingly poor. Do not waste your money here!

We liked being away from the strip. The Uber came directly to the front door. It was quiet and convenient.

Tuscany is a beautiful property, with two outside pools and lush grounds. It has huge comfortable rooms with living room and small kitchenette with table and chairs. It has so many buildings, it’s easy to get lost!

Rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely loved the stay. One of the rooms wasn’t ready until 5pm. Everything else was great!

Loved how close it was to the strip. Everything in close proximity I didn’t like that our room didn’t have a microwave. I thought we had a sofa bed

Our room was very big. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was so spacious and clean. Noise from the room above us.

Great location! Clean, super comfortable, a great value. There are elevators for the 3 floorLots of parking, the pool was very clean and large. Outdoor pool menu and drinks. The food was great at Marilyn's (try the Fajitas) and the on site casino was a good size and fun. Very close to the Las Vegas strip! This ADA (accessible)suite had a small kitchenette that included disposable cups, and ice bucket, a very small refrigerator, a small coffee maker and 4 coffee pods. No microwave, no dishes, no napkins. The mini refrigerator froze everything I put in it and caused the canned drinks to explode. The actual hotel is not convenient for disabled people. The doors all require you push out without any automatic access. I rented a scooter and getting in and out of my room was difficult. Entering the buildings and pool even harder. Luckily, I ran into some kind individuals that opened the doors for me.

The property itself was great as far as there was a pub, a coffee shop, several restaurants, live music, etc. We didn’t like the beds. They were hard, as were the pillows. Also requested microwave that was not in room when we got there. They said it would be there that night, but it wasn’t. Had to ask again. Also had put some food in the refrigerator, to notice the next morning that the refrigerator wasn’t cold and had to throw the food out. No explanation for this, but the water in the shower was super hot, but not in the bath. Mixed feelings about staying there again. It was 20 minutes walking from the sphere, so that’s definitely a positive. Mike, the bartender in the pub, was excellent! If I could’ve given 3.5 stars, I would’ve. Hopefully you can see why I was in the middle rating on my review.

The Tuscany Suites were so conveniently located to the Sphere, this is why we booked it. The room was clean and the amenities were perfect like the cafe for coffee and the pub for a beer and a snack after the concert at the Sphere.
