The room was clean; however, we reported the floor being wet by the air conditioner. They did someone up to inspect it. They said the air conditioner was fine. The reason for the wet floor was do to them just shampooing the floor and he put a towel down. The next day when we came back there was a smell that made the room stink. Other than the room, we enjoyed the stay

Elevators are very slow.

Our room was good but I had to go back downstairs to registration as they told us the wrong room and had to get the correct room number, the wait for the elevators was over 30 minutes everytime we had to go up or downstairs. It felt like we were discriminated against as we are a white couple. The Dennys was predominantly Hispanic and we were treated very poorly there

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the whole including the rooms. Every single staff employee we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with valet, front desk, housekeeping and all other staff. Thank you for an amazing stay and experience!

The river views from this hotel were great. The building is a bit dated and could use a good wash. Staff were friendly. The elevators need to be updated as they are slow and have Graffiti in them. Ice machine works good. Pool looked dirty or milky texture and unattractive. Parking felt safe. I like that’s they had lots of security working. Casino was packed.

The staff was courteous. The bathroom was not very clean. Long hair on floor and toliet. Valet staff was awesome.

Edgewater casino was ok for that price. This place is a one day only type of place. The jet ski was the best. The cafe at the Aquarius casino was the best price The Edgewater, need to update them rooms…
