Laughlin River Lodge

This was our first time staying here. We were really impressed with the variety of themed areas and food The old school box tv was horrible. They really should make smart TV's standard. They are super cheap nowadays

I like the location and private beach access. The employees were not friendly and would ignore you or walk away when they would see you coming. I upgraded for a better room and then our tv channels wouldn't even work the entire time. They just said they had a lot of people there but didn't offer any solution.

A check-in time was lil long with 2 people and in the bowling alley/playroom needed more workers for a Friday night was really busy but still a Nice hotel and beach just wish they would announce they don't be have a pool. Would definitely stay again

The access to the private beach is great. The staff at The Villita. They were being really rude and racist. Calling our family members names and threatening to call security on us for asking for drinks while we gambled.

Then there wasn’t any hot water and I did hear other guests extremely complaining. We wanted to take a shower as soon as we got to the hotel as again, this is the desert. I asked the front desk about it and was told because we’re on a higher floor it takes longer. I understand that but totally ridiculous because some people don’t get that and letting the water run for 10 to 15 minutes before it gets warm is wasting so much water! Next: there is no place to eat a meal, an actual meal. Ever since they took down one of the most popular restaurants in Laughlin, it’s been going downhill. Another thing: there is no machine to cash in your ticket from the slots. Again, ridiculous that we have to stand in line at a bar, waiting for a bartender who is busy with bar guests, behind several other people trying to cash in their tickets as well. What is up with that? My opinion is that this place is slowly going under and saving every penny they can. With this kind of hospitality, it will be sooner rather than later I’m sure.

The beds were dirty ! The widows need to be cleaned lights are dim every thing needs a upgrade ! 2 air filters left out of the unit and we’re in the closet. There’s no blow dryer in the room. The AC was humid and was not cold for hot summers. The pool is broken no longer in use. The icemakers were broken in 110°. The only thing good about staying at the River Lodge is that you can walk straight down to the river

Everything. The facilities are clean. The casinos dont smell bad meaning I can breathe. The view of the lake is phenomenal. Nothing to complain about.

Important details like the pool closure are buried in the description when booking through third‑party sites such as Hotels.com, which is frustrating. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. I won’t be returning.

It was a clean room, but outdated. I thought it would be more updated, since they stated they recently renovated the rooms. Be aware that the doors slam shut if you do not gently close them. That means we could hear everybody's door slamming shut. It was affordable. I was aware how far the parking lot was from the hotel, but some may not know that. I was disappointed all the previously unloading/loading areas are now parking areas. It makes it hard to load/unload your bags with everybody parking near the door closest to check-in. Check-in took longer than other hotels. Employees were super nice though!

The staff is always great, rooms are always clean only down side was the pool is being remolded.

Solid place to stay if in the area. Everything here is within expectation. The plus side is the parking is free, ample charging, and nice views.

Great quiet hotel. The furniture and TV needs updated.

Pool was out of service. Staff were not energetic to help. Beds were worn out.

We enjoy our stay, clean,comfy bed. Staff is very friendly, accommodating and respectful.

The Hotel doesn’t have a kitchen , yes you heard that right . The food is all microwave food and has zero kitchens ….. The stay was horrible .
