The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. When it did open none of the hot breakfast options were open. They were lacking utensils to serve up the limited options they did have. The drink machine needed to be filled up. We noticed when we came down to check out three hours later that they finally had hot options. It didnt do me much good as I was leaving the hotel. I was extremely disapointed with this Hilton property. I have come to expect quality from Hilton and the breakfast service did not live up to that quality. I hope this was an unusual occurrence and not an ongoing problem with this property.

Stayed here from May 13th to May 21st. The hotel only provided water on the first day, and after that we had to buy our own drinking water every day. There was no conditioner in the room from the very first day, and housekeeping never checked or refilled it during the entire stay. There wasn’t even complimentary drinking water available in the lobby. Very disappointing experience overall. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

Everything was fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, extremely attentive. The breakfast was plentiful, lots of options to select from each day. Not far from the Naval Base, Great Lakes.

The food was fresh at breakfast but subpar. Just your average breakfast. Staff was friendly, hotel wa clean, rooms clean, pool was great, and kitchen area had what was needed in the room.

This a prime location to be in the middle of everything to access it all. I stayed here for a staycation to be in close proximity to sky spa and I figured out fast that this was the perfect location to be at. Staff was friendly breakfast was hot fresh different each day and delicious. I will now put this on my list of hotels to stay at for future staycation or when family comes into town.

The breakfast bar was really picked over at 8am with several trays empty in the case. I realize there was only one person restocking, but it seemed to take a long time — and finally we left without coffee because they ran out.
