Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport by IHG

Nice staff, quick ck in, clean roomy room, quiet, comfy bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were apologetic about the fire alarm at 5:30 am, and were honest about the cause (burnt toast). Our stay was brief but comfortable and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. The a/c worked well, but was loud.

It’s passable if staying for the night. One staff member was quite rude, so wasn’t the best experience but other staff members did apologize.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was awesome, always pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

Nice, clean, stay. Good value.

Our only complaint was the air conditioning in the room. Thermostat showed the temp was 76 when we arrived. Turned the air all the way down to 62 as suggested by staff, but by morning it had only gone down a couple degrees. Despite this, I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and super convenient location, very close to BWI. Super friendly front desk employees, lots of good restaurants nearby. Water pressure was pretty decent, too! Nice, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

Water only got warm in the shower

Liked the large room but it showed its wear. Parked for a weeks vacation in their lot $10/day and shuttle to BWI was fast friendly and on time for 4am pickup.

As I slid down after an exhausting day. I felt pinching and itching sensation on my face and arms. Mind you this was around 2:30AM. The room was immediately vacated and some of my items had to be tossed to prevent contamination from them to my home. Had to drive back home exhausted, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted. The staff was very nice. I was compensated for my entire stay. Which is great but it doesn’t take away from the fact I had to buy items to treat the bites. Missed a day of work since I was itching terribly and had to hit Benadryl which had me drowsy pretty much the entire day. It was a super inconvenience. The extra bedding bag in the closet is where I believe they reside. PLEASE check the beds for these bugs. It’s been extremely hard to deal with the aftermath. This is not something I’ve ever experienced. Please see videos and photos attached. Remember this was room 317.

Great staff. Great room. Great location.

I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz. The ac temp could not be adjusted at all or the heat would come on, so the only temperature was ice cold. My mom and I each had 2 extra blankets and were still cold. It was just awful! Overall the decently cleaned rooms and the amazing staff made this a ok stay.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. On site restaurant serves good food-staff a little inattentive, especially at breakfast. In a very convenient location.

Loved the restaurant on site, and the staff was amazing. Very clean, loved the option to park our car there and take a shuttle to the airport for our vacation instead of using airport parking. would stay here again for a trip like that.

This is just not a nice property…old.
