My wife and I stayed here with our three kiddos before dropping her off at the airport the next morning and it was another great stay here. The front desk clerk is probably one of the sweetest, most helpful people and would recommend her 10 times over for any help you may need. We loved it.

Having laundry facility, though they had no detergent available. Having a sofa, but it most uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK Convenient parking. The room was large and fubctional but barren and uninviting. A bit of color would have helped. The most uncomfortable sofa with vinyl covered seats and poorly placed to watch tv. Or sit and read. No detergent available for purchase all 6 days which made laundry less convenient.

Their house keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms had to change room 3 times and bathroom was still dirty

For flights leaving early there should be a continental breakfast

Toilets need to be cleaned better, EXCELLENT STAFF, great breakfast. Only issues is the toilet, housekeeping needs to deep clean toilets and bathrooms

Kitchenette and sofa Nice TV Room was very drab, no effort to make it attractive. Drab gray, no color. All furniture was uncomfortable. Plastic sofa, stiff chair. Bed too firm. Terrible quality of additional blanket. No comfortable seating despite having a sofa. Uncozy describes the feel. Water had unpleasant odor, but bottled water included. Had to go down to get extra blanket as only one person worked the eve. And night shift.

I didn’t understand the fees of me staying in the room I book at a price and the charged me an extra ten dollars to stay in the room I had already booked and too a parking fee per night I never heard of such

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and comfortable, fire pit was nice . Breakfast was standard hotel complimentary items
