Pool was also poorly taken care of the water was freezing. Overly cold even for an adult. My four kids were very unhappy because all weekend that’s what they were looking forward to doing.

It was an overall good experience

All seemed ok, did notice they don’t vacuum the hallways. If you choose to have carpet, vacuum. My room was not cleaned, called the front desk when I returned in the evening, no explanation given on why room was not cleaned up. I asked for towels, was told they’ll be right up. 20 minutes later nothing. I called the front desk back and was told not sure when the person would deliver the towels, that he had 9 other rooms he had to get to. Hmmm, 9 rooms requesting towels, something is not right.

I stayed at this hotel once before by myself and it was great. However, I decided to come again with my family, and I was greatly disappointed and embarrassed after I bragged about how great of a hotel it was just to come again this time and the staff were very disappointing.

This was such a great hotel. The staff was great, the room was very clean. We would definitely stay there again

It’s only one elevator working Customers allowing their dogs to urine/poop and don’t pick it up in front of the building Fridge in the room doesn’t get cold/stay cold
-
Although it says service dogs are welcome, but the service dogs owners allow the dogs to urine and poop right in front and don’t pick up the poop. It’s only one elevator working, like people come out of town to stay at this place. Like what’s going on here the Hyatt

Our room was not ready upon check-in. No linens were left for sofa bed. The shampoo and soaps, and towels were not appropriate for 3 people or even 2. Though we asked for room cleaning it was not provided on either day of our 3 night stay. Staff was sorry on being updated, but did not correct problems

This Hyatt is clearly older and dated. Only 1 elevator of the 3 were working, which resulted in long waits since it is a 14 story building. The elevator and hallways were dirty. Our room had a broken lampshade and a bathroom door that didn't close. The room was on the highway side and was very loud with passing traffic all night. However, our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this for convenience (we were in town for a wedding) and if you will only be there to sleep. Ask for a room on the non-highway side.

The room was horrible nothing worked beds uncomfortable. No soap nothing to shower with. It was one night so I just did the best I could. Woukd not stay again

Checked in Friday night; the bathtub looked dirty, didn't want to use. There was a strip of carpeting sticking up in in 2 places, easy to trip over. On Saturday I went out, came back in, my soiked towels weren't replaced, the bed wasn't made up. Called front desk re same; was told policy is linen service and refreshed/made up bed is only on asked for basis...I was never told that. Hallways were dirty and cluttered with dirty towels/linen. I will never stay there again or use hotels.com again.

Two of the three elevators were not working, and there was a long wait for the one working elevator.
-
Room was clean and quiet. Only thing was that out of three elevators only one worked. Rest was great.
-
Great hotel and staff. Only issue was that only one out of three elevators worked during my stay. Waiting for the elevator was long, and often over crowded, so had to wait and hope it would return with room for us.

After check-in, we took our two small bags to our room. There are 3 passenger elevators and one service elevator. Only one elevator was in working order. It took us, and others, 10 minutes to get the one working elevator to get up to our room. We had a similar experience getting back down the elevator after putting our bags in our room. We returned to the hotel about 10:00 pm. There were 4 people waiting for the one (out of 4) working elevators. They said they had been waiting 5 minutes. Another 3-4 minutes later, the elevator opened and one man got off, along with two wardrobe carts. On the way up, we, and other passengers, commented that we hoped there was no fire or other emergency because of only one of 4 elevators in working order! This morning, as we were leaving, we, and another couple, waited 6-7 minutes for the one working elevator to get to Floor 14. It stopped several times, going down, to pick up more passengers. The hotel is convenient to where we have family members residing. But, we are concerned about elevator maintenance, or the lack thereof.

The room was clean. The beds were small between a twin and full size only. The elevators were not working and for 14 floors there was only one working elevator and a service elevator.

Friendly staff and lovely lobby. 11th floor smells. Air freshener isn’t working. Rooms smelled too. Bathroom had such bad odor that we barely closed the door when in there, holding our breath. Hot tub permanently closed. Just seems like they quit maintaining the place as things have aged, and it shows. Oh, and 2 out of 3 elevators were broken so we would wait forever and a day, for the one working, and it was packed every time, and super hot. Would not stay here again.

Few people at the front desk - checking in and out. Not a huge problem. Great property, will use again.
