The hotel was pretty nice. When I walked into the bathroom of my hotel room there was an immediate very bad odor of urine that hit me. The bathroom obviously had not been mopped. The odor was so strong that I am not sure how it was overlooked. I sprayed Lysol immediately and this did not cover the odor. There was also hair on the shower floor. I had to report this all to the front desk and when I returned from my event that night it had been taken care of. This made me uncomfortable about the floor of the bathroom and the carpet after that incident. I kept my shoes on. I did sleep comfortably though.

The room was comfortable and clean. Lobby was nice . Extra cups, coffee pods, etc were available in the lobby. The room could have used a small table by the chair and lamp. We did not care for the closet area

Clean QUITE & Beautiful Views around Everything Close by to the hotel

Room was not very clean and needed some updating. Pillows were awful. Like couch pillows shoved into a pillow case. Room had a smell also.

The hotel was fully booked the night we stayed and you never knew. The rooms were still very quiet, making it easy to rest. The staff was professional and very helpful. Our trip was due to the loss of a family member and the bar made it easy to relax and stay in for food. The bar staff were great fun and made us laugh after a hard day. We ate breakfast the next morning there also, the food was delicious. We travel this area frequently and have struggled to find a safe, comfortable, and reliable hotel. I think we found our spot and look forward to future stays.

Everything about this hotel seemed new. Our room was clean and the bathroom was gorgeous! They had an area with extra free items, so I was able to get a razor. There was no free breakfast, but we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to near by attractions The night service was less than helpful. No hair dryer in the room. Tv stations were limited. Shower wasn’t clean.

Big room and comfy bed. Great location for where we needed to be visiting family. AC was loud and could hear neighbouring rooms.
