The pool was nice; the telephone in the room didn’t work, mold in the shower, orange juice was way too watered down, I asked for a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl had been smoking in it.

Clean simple room. No issues at all. Would come back

Dirty, room not cleaned, environment was awful

Room had a musty smell. Found underwear by the desk. Tub and toilet drained very slow.

They had parts of the ceiling fallen down

The room was clean but there was no hot water, no water pressure in the sink or shower, and “breakfast included” consisted of some mini muffins and milk.

clean but noisy neighbors, police were where for others twice and accessible access was not true. no room for a wheelchair.

IT WAS SO BAD WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ,WE ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE 2ND NIGHT AFTER STATED THAT WE WAS CHECKING OUT THEY RE FUSED .

People

WiFi code was clearly written on the key card envelope. They had a list of TV stations so you didn't have to waste time searching. We couldn't get into the main lobby for breakfast (6 am), and there was nothing indicating breakfast hours. We took a wrong turn out of the parking lot and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again.

The bathroom sink was cracked, the furniture was in very bad shape, no valve handle on the shower. But the bedding appeared clean. The bed was more comfortable than we expected. I believe I observed a prostitute going into a room with some men, but once we were inside the room we were never disturbed.

Location is good The room had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a broken tap. Additionally, the toilet system was faulty and caused water to overflow, spilling all over the floor.
