Our stay was pleasant the staff was courteous and friendly.

Nothing was unique. The property look ran down. The pool had no water in it to swim. The floor 5 which I stayed had no ice machine, just a room for one. Rooms service comes every two days for clean bedding, towels and empty trash. No security are on staff as I sit outside and watch an altercation between three black men.

Loved how friendly the staff was. They were all very accommodating and we had the best view of the river! Amazing!
-
However, the staff was helpful but they coundn't do anything about the condition. The entry was in the process of being completed due to a Miss Arkansas context being held next door later that week.

property is very run down - needs a refresh! However, staff was exceptional! furniture, bathrooms, lobby, elevatores all very rundown - definitely needs a refresh to stay competitive in the area.

Staff very nice Didn’t get the room that was reserved, only cool, lukewarm water in shower, only 2 working ice machines in hotel

We booked for the pool and it was closed and had been closed for awhile. You would think they would update the site. It smelled like mildew the room was gross and the elevators took 10-15 min. It was so bad we didn't even stay the night Update the website The rooms, the smell, and the time for elevator. Broken glass all through the garage

The worst feature was that the old, tired facility is undergoing a major repair/renovation, about which we were not informed. We, and other arrivals, found that we could not pull up to a porte cochere and enter the lobby. Instead, we were met by a construction site and orange fencing. There were no signs. There was no greeter to apologize for and explain the confusing puzzle of where to check in, unload baggage, park. When we did make it to the front desk, the receptionist was apologetic and helpful. The warm chocolate chip cookies he offered, together with clear instructions regarding parking and baggage handling, were received with gratitude. As to the room, it is hoped that the renovation will replace the stained carpets fatigued matresses and battered case goods. We loved the view and would stay here again when the update is complete.

What a terrible hotel, especially for the price I paid. The entire place is extremely outdated, trash all over the ground outside and as others have mentioned, parking is an absolute mess. Despite my disappointment about the entire place, I wasn't planning on leaving a review until I woke up the next morning and had no hot water. So yeah, $200 a night and I got to start my day with an ice cold shower. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout. Barely even got an apology. There are so many other places to stay nearby and absolutely no reason to stay here. They should honestly be charging $80 a night for the quality they provided. I really can't believe Hilton is willing to put their name on this dump. It certainly has me questioning whether I will ever stay at another Hilton owned property again. Thank God I only stayed one night. You have been warned...

Parking was terrible. You had to go through a very scary alley with poor directions. Garage was very dark. Had to switch elevators to get to room. Had no internet access so I attempted to call front desk. (Phone doesn't work). Went to desk and they told me I had not fully been checked in. Wall paper literally peeling off bathroom walls. Decided to venture out to dine with spouse. Unable to use front exit of building due to construction. I was told there was a pathway to get around this however it was about 1 foot wide and impossible to get a wheelchair through. No way a disabled person could navigate the back entrance. So, ate at the onsite restaurant which was big mistake. There were people at only 2 other tables. 30 minutes to get drinks, (was told they only had one glass). Ordered 3 items, one never came. Finally got ticket however it belonged to someone else. There was a Manager sitting close by so I spoke with him about the issues. Never heard anything back from him. Was staying on 14th floor and had to go to 6th floor to get ice due to the machine being broken down. Although the website shows photos of pool, it had been permanently closed. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. (Every elevator ride had extremely unhappy guests onboard). Will NEVER stay at a Doubletree hotel again!

Very outdated and it's under renovation it looks like. Parking is a nightmare and you have to pay for it! Floor fans everywhere I assume was due to water leaks. Pool not available. Bartender and waitstaff were very nice and the food was decent.
