Holiday Inn Express Little Rock Airport by IHG

Hotel was okay. Room smelled old. Was told to park in back of hotel because we were towing a trailer, then told the doors didn't work and would have to walk around to side. Adequate for an overnight traveler.

The hotel was very outdated. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The minute I drove up, I wanted to leave. From the parking lot to the lobby, the rooms, the pool area, the breakfast… nothing was acceptable for the price. This was a Motel 6 experience. Extremely below my expectations.

Our room was comfortable. The front desk woman who checked us in was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also a pleasure to talk to. The hotel seems to be a little older, but it was fine for a one night stay while passing through town. The hotel is very near the airport, but we were driving, so we didn’t need the shuttle. Breakfast had the typical HIX food, but the pancake machine was broken.

The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel has seen better days but that is not unexpected. We got what we paid for. When we got to our room, the door was propped open, as was the room next door. It had been cleaned, so don’t know what was up there. The door of the room next door was still open when we left the next morning.

Location The room was not clean. It had towels from a previous guest.

Holiday Inn Express is usually my go to place to stay for traveling. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast this time because I had an early flight.

I’ve always stayed at the property every time I come in to Little Rock for my hotel space but this time when I turned on the lights roaches went crawling everywhere and I had that experience with another Holiday Inn in Little Rock. That’s the reason I switched to your hotel and now you have the roaches everywhere. When I stay at a hotel, I expect it to be nice and clean and no bugs or roaches crawling everywhere

Close to downtown. Hotel was clean Uncomfortable bed. My room was attached to the maintenance area and there was loud machinery being used at 7 in the morning. Missing latch lock to room next door. Didn't feel secure.

Some Fire exits were locked and screwed shut. Black mold in the bathroom. Inroom coffee maker didn't work but seems trivial with the other items that were prevalent.

It's been about 6 years since last stay here, much has changed, looks to ran by different folks without much care for property maintenance or service. To start, room 113 had a door with worn hinges, dragged against upper door frame and deadbolt wouldn't lock due to sagging door. Shower curtain torn and uneven, drain plug removed and laying on tub, light fixture damaged. Parking lot in disrepair as well. Had room key problems making me go back to front desk, cleaning staff unableto understand Englishwhen i requestedtheir help. Desk staff not very concerned when reporting the inoperable door lock as I checked out. Noticed that hotel was low on guests as I pulled out earlier Sunday morning, but neighboring hotel was full. I've stayed here maybe 4 times before years ago, seems like new owners don't care about their property.

The room was clean but the common areas are in desperate need of deep cleaning. Stained carpets, dirty walls were everywhere in the room corridors.
