The bathroom door has no lock which is fine but when you close it, the door leaves a big enough gap that anyone can see through. The gap faces the main hotel door so when traveling with a family and kids going in and out….. it’s not ideal.

Mattress needed to be replaced because there were hills and valleys in it. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers. Countertop was drilled incorrectly and the edge was rough and unfinished. Housekeeping placed the clean towels on a shelf directly adjacent to the toilet where every man would splash urine onto them. Very disappointing for a property that had high ratings.

The staff and room were great, the property itself seemed like it could use some maintenance - the doors Hydraulic arms were broken on a lot of doors and they would swing and hit you in the back when you were walking through. the laundry was broken which was one of the main reasons we booked here so we had to go to a laundromat during our 8 day stay. For some reason they run all 3 TV's downstairs at full Volume in the morning, Also charging 17 dollars for breakfast is pretty high. The room was clean and the staff was great.

The AC was running constantly despite being turned off at the thermostat; it was too cold at times.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The rooms were nice. Most of the staff was friendly. I did have one front end gentleman that wasnt. He didnt give information about the hotel when we checked in. Didn't tell us that there wasnt a complimentary breakfast, and said they couldn't give change because he needed to have it for later. Other than that everyone else was wonderful!

Didn't do the breakfast. Selection limited. Lobby and bar area are very nice. Large for the casual traveler but great for conferences. The individual controls of the HVAC is excellent. The toilet seat is designed for a non human. The shower floor is dangerously slick when wet.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable, quiet, with great onsite facilities (lounge, pool, workout room, laundry). The price seemed a little high, but given it was May and all the graduations and other things that happen in May, I wasn't shocked by the price.

Not too far from Family we were visiting and restaurants were close by. There was a bar you could Visit to get a cocktail and Relax. Nothing

Clean, delicious breakfast, nice trail out the back door. No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to ask for more Kleenex and toilet paper.
