I have stayed across different places in my life and I have left the area having no issues. I stayed here for a day, checked out at 11am... Was in that facility for three hours after that.. Then I leave... At 6pm the manager calls me accusing.. oh did you throw up in the room? I said I didn't and he moved ahead to say, oh.... We are going to charge you $250 and I said for what? He said to clean the room... I was shocked? I asked him; why I'm I paying 3 times what I paid for the room? He said we have been cleaning the room for three hours... I said I didn't throw up and why did your cleaner not complain while I was still there? He said : oh she doesn't speak English And secondly we don't appreciate when our staff do that. I told him I only ate fish in there? Go ask your cleaner, I didn't throw up.. he said I will go ask if she saw any signs of throwing up? Hmmmmmm I wake up the next morning to a message that says, we are charging you $85 for the lost of revenue for the previous night. I called him, told him to send me a document that shows he cancelled last night and also give me time to communicate to those who sent me on that trip because I do not know why I'm paying . He said : "Tell them you were filthy, dirty and a pig that's why we are charging you" Your manager called me a "PIG". If that's a reasonable hostel, they will act accordingly. In every business, customer is always first and even when they are rude to you which I wasn't, you speak to them in a respectful way.

Lovely shared living experience. The entire space was clean and comfortable. When I entered my room there were fresh towels available and the kitchen had just enough to keep all my food safe. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick visit or staying for a long trip!!

    Great place

The location. It is convenient to go where i work. The room I stayed in looked completely different from the picture. It had ZERO soundproofing, so I could hear everything from the property machine, street noise, etc. Felt like sleeping on the street.

My room and the surrounding areas were very clean and tidy. I like that there are no set check in or check in times. I felt safe that the women's bathroom had a coded lock and separate doors to get into the showers and the bathroom stalls. I didn't like that the bathroom didn't have any trash cans this visit. Also I recommend them putting a liner with the shower curtains to prevent water getting on the floor. My wardrobe closet didn't have any hangers for me to hang my clothing. Also no iron was in the room. Even if one is not kept in the room, if a space for ppl to iron their clothing be created it would be appreciated.

Well, if you’re willing to, don’t spend a lot of money and you’re by yourself single and you just need a room and somewhere to shower and all that it’s excellent you know I don’t recommend it as a five star hotel. It’s not what they’re offering they’re offering an expensive different way to stay a night without having to spend so much money and that’s what’s excellent about it and the staff is great. The amenities are wonderful. They have everything you could need and want games play games TV room for everybody TV in your own room, you know it’s all good. I recommend if you see one you need a place to stay and you don’t have that much money. This be a place respectfully your Google Master, Tomas.

Simple but efficient hotel. Perfect to enjoy LA and not to far from airport.

I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay there. It smells weird, the bedding is not clean. When we left for the day, apparently “house keeping” went into our room. there’s a homeless/drug addicts vibe in the area and inside.

Hostel is an old, rundown building located on a very busy road. Short driving distance to downtown Culver City. Bad paint job in the bare rooms. Women's bathroom has three toilet stalls & three shower stalls that need better cleaning. Kitchen lacked proper pots/pans & had only three plates (one was badly chipped). Wifi was okay. Place needs improvement.
