- good and working TV - ironing board and hangers - comfortable bed - decent shower It's pricy for what you get, but a good deal cheaper than other more upmarket properties nearby.

Clean room easy parking recommend for those wanting something uncommon.

Property is under construction, room was full of dust, no mirror, hair dryer or ironing board. Curtain was a plastic bag! The property really shouldn’t be open when the rooms are in this condition, there was hair all over the bathroom.

The Genral Manager is extremely kind and flexible--he treats all with respect and makes every effort to make your stay good. Great guy!

Good location for visiting family We have stayed at the Encore over about five years. I would never say it was a 10 but it was comfortable and convenient for our purpose and the price was acceptable. However, this visit the price had been jacked up for the World Cup but still more affordable than most other places in the area. When we got there we found the entire property was under renovation with old furniture and construction debris all over the parking lot. When we checked in we were given a room that was still under construction. There were only inadequate, temporary light fixtures, the electrical outlets were not attached to the wall with wires exposed, and the window covering was a paper cover that could not be opened. The only furniture was minimal, explanation was that the new order was delayed. There was no lightning in the room other than a single exposed bulb on the ceiling. When I pointed out to the front desk that my wife was legally blind, he did offer us an alternative room that had not yet been “renovated “. That solved our room issue but the hazardous construction refuse was still unsightly and unsafe. Later in the day I did see that the room I was first offered had been given to another person. It was explained to me that the motel had recently been sold and the new owners did not want to lose money while they could charge inflated prices due to the demand created by the World Cup. The bottom line is that rooms that were unsafe and, most probably, not in compliance with any codes were being sold at an inflated prices. DONT plan to return there.

A roomy clean room. Was quiet. Walking distance of Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey if you don't mind walking a mile. Good food at the brewery and a Mediterranean re restaurant.

There are in the middle of a renovation right now to be completed in the next week or so, the new rooms, the new paint, the new everything is just gorgeous and very comfortable.I highly recommend it

Plenty of shops and eateries. Costco across the road in and out. IHOP as well very good

The gate is open i was not 100% feeling safe at night, but all the rest was goog!

They are undergoing renovations. The property is located in a great location. Parking was excellent. Staff great.
