There was no breakfast I asked for a Bath. Tub didn't get one. The TV was broken. I had to use my phone all night. Does that have some entertainment? It was ridiculous and they were these little bugs that were calling in the bed. They didn't even change the sheets it all never stays there again ?

When we entered the room we were given we were shocked to find the bed sheets had clearly visible areas of blood on them, the carpet, and the bathroom floor were covered with trash and the bathroom toilet was filthy. I immediately went to the office and reported te problem and the manager didn’t believe it and doubted me. I asked him to come and look for himself after which he gave me the key to the room next door when we entered that room it wreaked of tobacco and marijuana we specifically booked a non-smoking room, and it was as dirty as the first almost as if these rooms were rented on an hourly basis and were not being cleaned in the interim. We were then given another option and told it was our last chance and would not be given a choice nor a refund. My wife entered the third room that also was dirty and wreaked of smoke. We left that terrible establishment and were not given a refund.

The room I had shower water was spraying on to the floor and also the toilet leaked from the floor when flushes.

The heater emitted an electrical burn smell and there's a salty substance in the air. The same smell came out when I turned the cold air. I complained to the manager and he told me, I can check out, he will not transfer me to another room. The air has the same particles as my apartment when my neighbors were caught making meth. The people in room 16 were dealing drugs.

Didn't have a chance to enjoy any of the facilities as I left immediately due to roach infestation in two different rooms. I paid cash. Lady tried to short me 25 dollars when giving me change for 100. Then the first room had a BABY cockroach running on a table by the TV. The second room had a fully grown cockroach by the ac. At that point I had had enough and left. Luckily she gave me a full refund. That was the only plus.

Was bit south of H10 a area I hadn't been through before. Seemed mostly residential. Impressed with room. Clean and not dated. Motel w/parking in center gave you a sense of being secure. Some card reader issues at check in, ended up paying cash. Mirrored glass at check in window not giving me good vibe. Soda machine price right but sun frosted buttons hard to read.

The room itself was nice. Single level property so no noise from people above you and it had a working soda machine. The location sucked. Also I felt it was just overpriced for the area and the type of motel it is. The tv remote sucked and only worked sporadically. Also I think I might have been the only person staying the night there other than the people who own and operate the place.

rooms were surprisingly modern fashioned. great bed and bathroom with air conditioning and a nice shower with a fridge. staff was great, kind and attentive. a microwave and iron/ironing table was all that we needed that would have made the stay a 10/10 along with the staff forgetting to clean our room twice but as stated above the staff was kind and attentive with night service which was great.
