Facility was great and conveniently located to plenty of dining and entertainment.

The hotel was lovely, otherwise. Clean, quiet, near a lot of great stuff. The staff was friendly, just could have been a bit more thoughtful in where they placed people when you're changing up our reservation.

The hotel and staff at the AC in Louisville were phenomenal! We came to celebrate a birthday, and they truly made the stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located within walking distance of fantastic attractions and restaurants. We will 100% stay again if life brings us back to Louisville.

The hotel was very nice and in a great neighborhood with a very fun atmosphere. The parking was expensive but we enjoyed it. We had a wonderful dinner just downstairs

It is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is well kept and had a friendly staff. The noise from the street. We heard cars on the street playing very loud music after midnight.

I was 2 nights, everything was so smooth and easy, really good experience.

The only issue I had with this property, was how to get to the parking garage. We were on the 5th floor, and the only way to get to your car, is by going to the lobby walk to a different elevator to get to the parking garage.

Overall great stay, Hotel bar was alittle pricey. But front desk clerk was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. There is a amazing Cuban restaurant next door that is a must. Also plenty of local things to do within walking distance

I selected the free breakfast filter when searching for a hotel. The AC came up and when we were in a rush to grab breakfast, we were told it was not free. It was an inconvenience and expense we were not planning on.
