The property was in an amazing location if your going to a concert One of the elevators were broken and you can’t use the stairs to go up and down to your rooms.

I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons.

Clean room. Friendly staff Garage elevator was down and then one inside elevator went down. Street noise was horrible.

Great location to everything, very clean hotel, Tesla destination chargers in the garage. The road noise in the room at all hours of the day and night is almost like the windows are wide open.

Location was perfect for our stay. Gym, pool, and coffee bar were convenient. Parking on site was really nice during the rain storms. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Downtown noise, soundproofing needs updated. Lighting in garage, and in the halls increased. Dated bathroom fixtures need repairs. Stains and cleanliness of the carpets. Beds showed memory wear, but pillows are comfy. Room service was friendly. Coffee bar really needs better street access and overall marketing. We watched multiple people knock on the window asking how to get in.
