Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr by IHG

Lots of guests Saturday thru Sunday morning but lots of garbage piled up today at the entrance was slow to clean the entrance area. Lots of people camped outside the entrance smoking cigarettes, very low class looking. Also their only microwave available to the public in the lobby was broke and they provided no other replacement except a sloppy handwritten sign over it saying not working. Surely this hotel has another microwave somewhere they can find to help guests. All rooms do not even have this basic appliance most everyone today needs in a hotel stay. A cheap feel this was. The hotel pool while a beauty closed at an early 9pm, which was unfortunate because the hotel was full to capacity with guests and on a Saturday night wanted to use the pool but gates closed early. No explanation given. Leaves a lot to be desired and will consider other area hotels next time.

The room was clean and staff was excellent!

Clean, comfy, modern No if I in room on hotel, city, or attractions. No typical amenities like coffee or toiletries available without paying. Not even a glass to brush your teeth. Instead everything was for sale: water bottle was $5 for half a liter. That’s crazy price gouging. And it wasn’t even a luxury water brand.

Clean and spacious room for a family of 4-5. Breakfast not included when booking a room.

Place looks very dingy on the outside. Lobby was nice. Hallways to the room had a lot of bags of trash like there was a party. Room was large but the a/c unit was so loud and never turned off. Place was just ok nothing special.

Good staff and hotel. Right near the expo center which is where our event was.

I was suppose to check in at 3pm. Wait almost hour to check in. No one seemed to notice when my room would be ready and the people on the phone checking with front desk was very rude.

Everything was clean , halls were not loud. We were right across from the elevator but it didn’t bother us at all. We used the pool, it’s a great facility. The only down side was there being so many unattended children , so once it got to be too much my son and I left.

Elegant, clean, excellent food, great facilities and so close the convention center where we had an event and just walked there easily and safely. We were on the first floor and the parking lot lights could be seen through closed blinds so it wasn't fully dark.

Fridge didn’t work whole three days complained nothing was done .They had water leak couldn’t use shower or toilet for shower the whole day .They compt hotel gl another hotel and they charge me 254.00 waiting for my refund still..what a mess

Front Desk exceptional service.

Room was bare essential. In that had beds with just sheet, pillows & thin cover. Desk with chair, had tv, but no comfy chair, no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker, no breakfast service area. Was adequate, clean & priced ok.
