Four Points by Sheraton Louisville Airport

There’s a shuttle it worked well and the beds were awesome!

The lobby area was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could've stayed longer.

The a/c in our room was not working properly. The other room we had booked was working good. We just switched rooms, our friends like it warmer to sleep.

The location is right beside Kentucky kingdom (and the airport) The room was exactly like the photos. Slept 6 people, for a great price too! Breakfast was served until 10am and it was not your average “hotel breakfast buffet” definitely 10/10. Checkout was at 12pm which was great. Also the room was full of towels and wash cloths, we didn’t have to ask for extra like we normally would with a family of 6. Staff was great, very clean and nice place. Definitely would stay there again. Nothing

Great breakfast with variety. One day scrambled eggs and sausage, the next omelets with biscuits and gravy. Always the usual cereals, muffins, waffles, yogurt. Very nice room and good value at $125.

Staff was great, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with upgrades and check-in accommodations.

Great location for the concert we were attending. Nice room. Easy check in/out.

Staff was great. Next to the airport so obvious non stop flight traffic overhead. Breakfast was terrible as was the bar and food. I left at 8:00 am and returned at 5:45 and my room wasn’t serviced, despite engaging the service room light when I left. Had I known, other hotels in the immediate vicinity were half the price.

It is a close location to everything. Oh my goodness, the fragrance oil they use in the common areas is so offensive. It is very powerful and overwhelming. Thank goodness it was not in the room. The evening we stayed there was no bartender and the elevators weren’t working. Unfortunately I will never again stay at a Sheraton simply due to the smell.

Both elevators were out of service on departure this morning. If I had had a lot of luggage or was limited physically, it would have been a bigger hit on the score.

The breakfast bar was nothing to brag about cause of food eggs bacon sausage and potatoes elevators quit not their fault

The only thing I didn't like was the $10 per person for breakfast, which was essentially a basic continental breakfast.

Clean, smelled amazing, friendly staff

HVAC did not work in the room. The front desk gentlemen and myself tried to get working but to no avail. Most likely air handler.
