The location and staff were good, but the room cleaning was disappointing. There was trash on the bedroom floor for all three days of my stay, and it looked like the floor was not swept or cleaned properly. Housekeeping needs improvement.

Staff was friendly, but there was.construction in the room.above us at 7am (too earlyfor Sunday), the vending machines were out on 4 different floors. They made a mistake in the parking that I had already paid for. Would not stay here again

Come on. 2 free bottles of purified water in your room! Really? You'd expect more for a high-end hotel with a $350 per night room (excluding taxes and fees). I know you are a business. But this model of squeezing your customer for every penny is horrible. At this price, you can do better.
