Old somewhat dirty property. Great location to get to Estes but otherwise overpriced and underwhelming.

They dont come in to freshen up the room. They dont replace used towels or cups. They dont come in and make up the beds. They charge extra for weekends (we werent told that when we booked the room). They tacked on $100 for incidentals when there werent any. The guy at the front desk acted like he didnt no anything.

Lovely and helpful staff, very nice pool and hot tub, great rooms. Beautiful location.

I booked a pay‑at‑property reservation through Hotels.com for a room with 2 queen beds at La Quinta. Despite the reservation clearly stating that payment would be collected at the property, the hotel ran my card in advance, claimed it was declined, and canceled my booking. They also claimed they had called and emailed me through Hotels.com, but I never received a voicemail or an email of any kind. When I arrived, my original room type was no longer available. The only option left was a single king bed, and I had to pay more to take it. Hotels.com did reimburse me for the difference, but this situation should never have happened. A pay‑at‑property reservation should not involve the hotel charging or pre‑authorizing a card ahead of time, and guests should not be told they were contacted when they weren’t. This caused unnecessary stress, extra cost, and a room type I didn’t book. Very disappointing experience with this location.

The rooms and the property were well maintained and clean. The night staff was friendly, the morning staff wasn’t so much. Breakfast was decent. There was plenty of parking. The only problem was that I booked it thinking it’s in Estes Park and it was about 45 minutes drive away.

This was such a great option after we spent the day at Rocky Mountain National Park. Staff was incredibly helpful, good breakfast, in the pool and spa options were a plus.

Ok

Location brewery next door. Best asset. Our first room advertised as exclusive suite. Room was very noisy and right next to highway. Downsized to smaller room. No rate adjustment offered and no call back when asked staff to check on. Worst breakfast ever! North back door is broken only opens three quarters. Dangerous, could cause injury.

It was a great room at a great price.

Room wasn’t ready partially cleaned. Left used soap bar in shower from previous guest. Did they really even clean it? Did give a discount for inconvenience. Bedding was just ok. Rough / stiff bedding. Not real comfortable to sleep in

The a/c in our room didn’t work and after a maintenance person couldn’t get it to work, they had no problem moving us to a new room. Beautiful property. We didn’t do this, but make sure to ask for a West facing room so you can enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains from your room.

Starting to show its age, but a good property to stay at. Staff were helpful when my key didn’t work. Breakfast was easy. Great walking path and views.
