Apartment was not cleaned at all. Super dirty.

Could use more parking spaces

Great view and location The beds are very uncomfortable. Also it doesn't say you can't have 2 cars it only says free parking. The facility will only issue 1 parking permit per unit.

I like the fact that ocean was right there. I like the beach feel of the rooms. Staff was easy to wrk with and friendly. The rooms had a very thing you could need.

I was pleasantly surprised there is everything you need, including washing machine and dryer. We had kitchen with everything we needed -dishes, glasses, cookware. Location was perfect.

Close to John’s Pass.

Ample free parking.Close proximity to nice beach, John's Pass & other attractions. Beach equipment in the condo like floating device, chairs & toys were a plus. Shower handle leaking. Pull light chain from living room ceiling fan was broken, so we couldn't use the light. Living room fan blades need cleaning.

The pictures on booking.com were not of the same unit we were given. We did not get the bay view that were in the kitchen, the bed situation, or the same furniture. It was a huge let down because we were supposed to get bunk beds for the kids and we received a double bed for them. Also the reason I booked this certain one was for the view that we did not get.

Proximity to a very beautiful beach and to John’s Pass. Everything is walkable and it is a great place to stay with our Yorkshire terrier. The room apartment was dated and the 4 of us needed a second queen bed (not a full bed). For our stay we made it work, but it would have made the stay more comfortable.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything I need to make meals. The unit was clean. We were super close to John Pass. We were on the second floor facing the road and the road noise kept us awake starting at 6 am. I was told by booking.com that I booked a balcony facing the channel and that was not the case. When I asked the Manager about it, he just said that I should of booked through the resort. That when booking through booking.com there were no guarantees. He said no other rooms available and nothing he could do about it.

Liked the location. Just across the street from the beach. The unit was on the intercoastal side, so not directly on Gulf Blvd. which I really liked because it’s so much quieter. The gym was nice, and there’s a pool and hot tub, so that’s nice (a little loud directly facing Gulf Blvd). I really didn’t like that the building doesn’t have ANY recycling options. There’s a waste chute on each floor only. I asked a janitor staff about recycling, and he confirmed that they have no recycling. The unit itself was fine. I found it a bit dark, with only one window in the living room, and a small door to the deck. But clean. The pull-out sofa was broken on one side so it make it difficult for me (and my bad back) to pull it out each night. The main/principal bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke pretty much the entire time. The man in the office suggested that it was likely from the heat being turned on (since it was chilly while we were there), but it wasn’t that type of smell. I’d say it was cigarette smoke, possibly coming even from another unit or deck. We also found that there wasn’t enough storage. Especially folding/drawer space. Especially for more than 2 people (we were 3). Other than that, they were missing pretty basic items in the kitchen such as oven mitts, extra tea towels and cloths. Also, there was only 1 extra blanket for the 3 beds in the unit, so we bought another one.

Location and amenities! Gave us 2 rolls of roller paper for 5 people for 4 days and then told us we had to buy our own. The staff was also extremely off putting and condescending

Clean sheets working elevator

Location was really good. The room was nothing like was shown in picture! The tub was 4”-5” higher than floor and slippery making it dangerous. The room we were given hasn’t been updated in many years. You are responsible for taking out your own trash from trash cans which wasn’t a problem but when we ask for more trash bags the staff said you sure use too many trash bags! Half of the parking places were blocked off. Fire extinguisher was hanging from sealing by wires.locks on doors were standard locks and the keys were able to be copied. I asked the staff there about why it was nothing like the pictures and was told that booking.com shows their best rooms online then books the older trash rooms cheaper for their customers. Happens all the time! Bookinh.com drastically misrepresented this in their add and should be embarrassed and ashamed for treating people this way!

Great location and very comfortable bed and accommodations. I would get rid of the rugs in the living room and bedroom they looked dated.
