The entire hotel was closed down by the county due to being unsafe. It was deserted and we were unable to stay there and I have still not convinced Expedia to refund me my money despite THE BUILDING BEING CONDEMNED!

No phone in room. Unable to check me out with a receipt stating wrong name on my room. I emailed the manager twice and no reply. Still no receipt emailed to me. Pool was not in service. Receptionists both checking and out very unprofessional and appearance was very slobbish! Awful stay. Awful service.

Changed rooms 4 times because TV NOT WORKING. PHONE NOT WORKING. DOOR DID NOT SHUT. SMOKE DETECTOR MALFUNCTIONING Front desk youngsters could care less. The older lady was sooo nice.

We couldn't stay there because the fire marshal came. No email, call, or any communication to change out plans.

I had to leave my room a day early. I was told the fire department shut down the motel. There is no known phone number to the front desk. Even LaQuinta customer service has no number to this motel. It’s pretty sketchy.

This hotel is closed down and has been closed down for sometime. This information needs to be updated so know one else books it.

We checked in and were later advised that the Fire Marshall ordered the hotel shut down and the tenants evicted. Very disappointing.

Everyone was asked to vacate on February 5 for the fire marshal and I need a refund for two nights since it was paid through February 7th

Room neglected, staff totally unsupportive, only one ice machine which was broken, 4 night reservation, fire marshall shut down hotel after 1st night for multiple violations and evicted everyone. I found out it was shut down 10:30 at night when I returned from working at my trade show.

Expidea and wyndham are horrible. My room was flooded by room above me. We were not offered help, new room or refund. Have been on phone for two days with both parties and being denied refund.. this shouldnt be hard.

No, water machines. Room was in bad shape and sheet rock coming off of walls in bathroom. Tub looked dirty. Would not stay in another one of there rooms.

Staff courteous kind and very helpful, had a bad room which smelled really old and musty, reported to the front desk and they immediately changed my room, which in turn I stayed another night.

Clean room, courteous staff and great customer service. I did have a small hick up with my first room, however the front desk staff made sure to help me out by changing my room with ease, I would absolutely stay there again if I have to travel to Va. And recommend
