We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We came to do the Incline so the location was excellent, with easy parking in the hotel lot. The rooms were clean and spacious. We plan to return hopefully this fall and we definitely are planning to stay here again.

The bed was comfortable The room was dirty, the new room they gave us was also dirty, the phones didn’t work and they didn’t actually give us the 1 hour late check out they told us we could get. They tried to let themselves in without even knocking

The pool looked nice and the bed was comfortable. The fridge was nice having too. There was sticky pop on the floor. It smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere I walked. It was hard blocking the light coming through the sides of the curtain.

There is a lot to do here so plan for more than 1 night!

Rooms were ok. Property is in a general state of disrepair.

Location, access to buses, diner across the street, the staff were generally friendly, no more to tell My king size room was not available. Musty when I checked in. I was told after 6 days that I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The TV did not work the first night. The stairway is a hazard, needs repair. Cigarette buts outside of my room were not picked up for 6 days, The breakfast was terrible and ran out of eggs one day. I ate across the street a few times. The shower was cold. The bed was noisy. No soap replacement or towels. The doorstop is broken. There was no American flag or Colorado Flag flying and the "quality Inn' flag was tattered. I really deserve a refund for part of the stay. Choice hotels are off my list.

King room was big Front desk was not very friendly. He was a jerk. If I didn't already pay I would have walked out. Don't waste your money or time. DO NOT STAY HERR! There are much better places up the road closer to the Manitou Incline. We ended up staying to more nights at another motel. Better amenities and staff was so helpful and very friendly.

This place was convenient to downtown where our event was. Super clean room and restaurant. Our only issue was key fob for electronic lock was hypersensitive and it took about 25 attempts each time we entered the room to work. Last morning we had to leave early and couldn't get into room - office staff were not on site for another 20 minutes and we had to leave with stuff still in our room. Worked out but too much of a hassle.

They were closed we arrived at 1145 they still charged me

It was our first time staying at this location. The first room we were given had not been cleaned at. So a staff member took us to another room that he considered an upgrade. Thank goodness I always bring extra bath towels because the upgraded room had none. After many attempts to get the tv to work

Room was dirty with dead bugs( fleas bed bugs) . Bathroom sink over flowed all over the floor in the bathroom, curtains wouldnt open or close, maintenance man had to come 4 times with an hr of check in . Was lied to about pool being open and hrs of breakfast also the location of dining area . Parking lot was dimly lite with drug addicts and homeless lurking about property and in community areas . Wasnt able to locate ice machine or laundry area.

Very rude staff, bad communication skills, bugs

Staff was as they should be. The room was clean and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable, not cozy or luxurious. Allowed my dog for a fee but had no where to walk him in the landscaping. No place, that I could see, to walk my dog. For off-season, even in Manitou Springs, price was a little high - definitely will not stay there in-seasons!
-
Parking right in front of our door. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was hot and you get to make your own mini waffles. The kitchen staff was very helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great

Just the outside appearance needs some improvement and TLC

Great location in a beautiful and historic area of Colorado Springs, close to access to the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak railroad. General outside appearance may seem sketch, but the room was clean, with plenty of space and more than adequate. The price was great for the area. Breakfast was excellent, and it also is a pet friendly hotel. Just the outside appearance needs some improvement and TLC

Exceptional

We picked it because it wasn't n the highway so we had hoped quieter but it backs onto the highway so at least half the rooms back onto it.
