Great location for visiting Matera, staff were very friendly and we were able to have an early check in. Room was large and light with a good shower. There is a pool, but we were only there one night and didn't get to try it out. Great to be able to park on site and walk into the old town.

Well maintained hotel A short walk to town centre and the sassai area. Nothing

the ladies on reception were all wonferful, friendly and helpful. The garden and pool seating area is a bonus, especially after having walked to and from the old town / Sassi.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast is great, they've had gluten free options available. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The room is spacious and clean. The location is great, just 15 minutes walk from the centre. Free parking is available for every guest at the property. The elevator is slow. The bed is squeaky when you turn around at night. There are metal staircases in the hall that are very noisy - you hear every step on it.

Both of the young ladies at reception, were very professional and very pleasant, spoke multiple languages, and gave us a lots of info on the hotel and Matera Town. The owners should be very proud of them. The hotel was excellent, we had superior rooms on 2nd floor, which looked as if they were newly refurbished. Great bed and bedding, a good sized seating area. The bathroom was modern, well equipped, nice towels. Breakfast was good, and coffee was good. It's about 500m from the main part of town, but there are some steep steps. There is a bus route for those of you who need it. When I next go to Matera, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was carefully organised. The staff was very prepared. Nothing.

Amazing room and terrace - excellent location- lovely staff

The hotel was conveniently located to the historic center of Matera, within a ten minute walk. The parking was effortless and suitable for even a mid-sized car. The staff, was excellent from the moment of check-in to check out: professional, proud of their hotel, and helpful with details about the sites of Matera, gracious, friendly, and seeming to enjoy their responsibilities. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable; the bed welcoming, the bathroom efficient with a terrific shower. The room, and in fact entire facility, was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room had a balcony which overlooked the countryside around Matera and was a pleasant way to spend the early evening. The breakfast was fresh with fruit, cereals, eggs, tomatoes, and sumptuous pastries (and of course coffees and teas) Nothing
