We were on the third floor, when the elevator door opened the smell of Marijuana was strong this was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. There is no doubt that the management doesn't smell it they just chose to let it happen. They need to change to a smoking facility and stop advertising as non-smoking or enforce the policy

I only stayed overnight, but the hotel was very, very clean convenient for me to jump back on the highway to get back home. There was plenty of places to eat. There’s a gas station and even a car wash not too far from it but also they had Krispy Kreme doughnuts that wasn’t too far either so five out of five stars for my overnight stay.

I like that the cracker barrel restaurant was next to the hotel for breakfast. Right off the freeway. The staff were helpful for directions and where not to go. I went here because just close enough to downtown Memphis by car. Rooms smelled of smoke. Not enough washing machines.

Breakfast was fantastic, Dee personally cooked our meal and the American Omelet was wonderful. Dee was fast and efficient and all was enjoyable. All good

Our bathroom could have been more clean but other than that it was fine

Relatively clean. I always have issues with property that is fully carpeted when cleaning schedule is suspected of not being cleaned often (every 30 days) I didn’t like that there was no outdoor space. Unit has minimal sunlight but I don’t imagine that that can be changed at this point of course

Everything was great My room was on bottom and there was kids above us that running around and making noise all night till 4am
