I repeat DO NOT stay at this place. From black mold growing from the ceiling to window in the room doesn’t close, air conditioner falling out from wall, bathroom was disgusting, floors were sticky, beds had cigarette holes in sheets and spiders. Do not waste your time with this place

Do NOT book this hotel — false advertising and zero accountability Do NOT book this hotel, false advertising and zero accountability I wish I could give zero stars. The photos on this hotel's website are completely misleading, what you see online bears absolutely no resemblance to the property you actually get. The rooms in the photos look clean, modern, and well-maintained. The reality is the polar opposite. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in. Stained surfaces, feces on the wall, roaches in the refrigerator, everything was super dirty. To make matters worse, there are cockroaches everywhere I saw. This is a basic health and safety issue that no guest should ever have to deal with. The room itself was also in a state of disrepair. Broken fixtures, no knob on bathroom door/main door lock/AC not working/faucet, that didn't function properly, and general wear-and-tear that the property has clearly neglected for years. You are not getting what you are paying for. When I brought these issues to the attention of staff, I was met with indifference. I requested a refund given that the property failed to deliver what was advertised, and was flatly refused. There was no attempt to remedy the situation, no acknowledgment of the problem, and no accountability whatsoever. They are doing the old bait and switch. The rooms do not match the pictures, not even a little bit. They will not refund your money once you find out that you have been duped. Save your money and your sanity. This hotel is not worth a single night's stay. OYO, don't respond to this with your useless apology, refund my money. Future guests deserve to know the truth before booking. OYO should be embarrassed. All of the websites that have this hotel's pictures up should send a representative and verify what I'm saying, otherwise they are compliant in the fraud. They are misrepresenting the rooms with the photos. The health department needs to shut this place down due to the health and safety concerns.

No nothing felt safe what so ever when I walked up the steps it looked like I was going into a abandoned insane hospital. The lights didn't work and TV didn't either so no it's the worst hotel I been too.
