Disappointed with our stay. The whole place was very dirty. The hallway had dirt on the floor and an abandoned vacuum & garbage bags were in our hall all night long. Stains were on our bed cover, lamp shade and various other areas of the room. The place looked overall run down and not well maintained. Other than the front desk staff, which were friendly—the overall facility was just not clean. The elevator button was also not working…just seemed rundown. The door also looked all scraped up and looked like someone maybe tried to break into it in the past. I’m thankful we only spent about 10hrs there to sleep & shower. Will not go to this location again.

The pool was nasty, the walls of our hotel room were nasty, the tub/shower was nasty. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room smelled awful 😖. Bed was pretty clean and slept decent.

The outlets in the room were very weak, the lamps did not work. The bed was very comfortable though and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love Hilton properties. I have never encountered one like this before. When I checked in late Saturday night, I noticed a stain on the comforter. In addition to that there was hair in the shower. Sunday morning I went to the front desk and told the young this and showed pictures. I asked that my room be cleaned. She wrote my room number down and next to it put full clean. When I arrived back to my room at 5:00 pm, the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the counter told another young lady the same thing and asked for a clean comforter. The next morning when I checked out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the General Manger was there and would be out. She was doing something at the moment. I sat there for a few minutes waiting, she never came out. No one asked what I needed. I had a flight to catch, so I decided to share here since the General Manger nor the staff cared. I would not recommend this location.

The breakfast sucked for paying $195 per night. And same family of hotel Home2suites has a facility afew miles down the road for $60 less per night. Was not happy with this price.

The property was very clean and staff was overly nice, which was wonderful. The hotel is in very close proximity to the Landers Center where we were going for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff, breakfast is until 10am, a plus for those who goes for this. Rooms are comfy and it feels like a little apartment.
