Great hotel and rooms. We order drinks at the door they gave us a time at 9:40pm but never came. We went downstairs around 10:20pm, the lady said she sat them in the refrigerator we had to come get them. She was very disrespectful and poor service. Everything else was ok.

The curtains were very blackout which was great!!

The hotel was beautiful in an amazing location; the staff was helpful and friendly, and the parking deck is right across the street from the hotel.

Very nice area and room lovely view down the park

Lovely ,clean well looked after hotel .Nice bar area .Shame about them keeping guests money. Be aware.They took $75 a night bond on first day of our 4 night stay .They are supposed to release it on leaving however after requesting it over and over it was never released back to us .I have waited 30 days for the bank to cancel the payment to get my money back.
