I wouldn't stay there again. It didn't feel safe. The room was the barest I've ever stayed in

It was easy to find, near freeway a quiet place to stay with coffee in the lobby.

Clean room. Very nice office people and thr dog park was awesome

I appreciate it was easy to check in and we were a little early and they didnt mind. They gave the option of up or down stairs, the rooms were conjoined so I was able to keep an extra eye on my kids

It was very clean It would have been nice to have another blanket.

Tv didn’t work, AC didn’t work, pool was drained, someone broke all of the windows of the room next to us. Lots of people walking around asking about drugs.

Id like to say thank you to John for being so polite and making sure I had a room down stairs because I am handicap and just for being understanding that my stay here was so comfortable I just didnt like that the lights are so dim and only had 2 pillows maybe more pillows and brighter lights.

Convenient parking and location, great space.

A very nice experience!

We reserved a non-smoking room and our room reeked of cigarettes. We asked if we could change rooms. I was told that we can change to another non-smoking room, but they couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't reek of cigarettes.

The service was good

My only complaint was that there were cockroaches in the room, which was unsettling and not very sanitary. There was also a lot of noise and activity throughout the night from neighboring guests, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the customer service was good, but the pest issue and nighttime noise definitely need improvement.
