The staff were very rude and dismissive. Didn’t follow up after there were issues with the reservation! They also didn’t have everything as pictured on the site. Won’t be returning

Great freindly staff esp georgie Not sure we stayed in the correct room but it was still lovely. The pool was like getting into a bath. The beach was close and beach chairs and brolly were provided. A lovely touch. Nice restaurants within walking distance and a free trolly bus was near by Beach. Full of seaweed No usb points Quite a noisy road and lots of building work going on around the hotel

The pool was very nice, the room I had was excellent very lovely views That $200 “incidental” hold & the Wi-Fi was not good

I like the room size. The kitchen came in handy so that was good. I also like the balcony in the room as well.

Cleanliness Staff lied about covers said that a lil spot of blood damage everything and that they charged my card over 100$

Very very very clean and staff are very nice kind and helpful ! Are sis very clean and safe too and close to Transportation ! Definitely coming back again

close to beach no storage in bathroom. Also little storage possible in rest of the room. And after about 2 weeks they still got my creditcard hold of 200 dollar.
